Independent IRB was founded in 1989 by Anita McSharry and Kim Lerner to provide fully personalized institutional review board services to clinical sponsors, contract research organizations and research clinics across the United States. Independent IRB credits the organization’s growth to the close working relationship that they have developed with clinical sponsors, contract research organizations and research clinics; the ability to respond swiftly to the continuously changing research environment; and to continuous referrals from satisfied repeating clients.
