What you say matters to us, and thanks to the suggestions we received throughout 2010, all submission forms and questionnaires are improved. In addition to including your email address and formatting the documents for better ease of use, some questions were reworded to eliminate confusion.
One of our goals is to streamline the submission process to save you time and allow your studies to be completed more quickly. These new, comprehensive forms help speed up the process. The 2011 forms are posted to the website (www.iirb.com) – just click the “Forms button in the middle of the home page.
Though old forms are accepted until May 1, 2011 please start using the new forms immediately. Look for the (new) symbol to identify which have been updated.
